Does PingAim work with Soulframe?
Yes. Soulframe currently has no anti-cheat system active during its pre-alpha phase. PingAim uses a kernel-level WFP driver that operates at the network routing level — it does not modify the game client or inject code. When (or if) an anti-cheat like EasyAntiCheat is added at full launch, PingAim remains compatible since WFP routing is transparent to anti-cheat systems.
Why is my Soulframe ping so high?
Soulframe runs on dedicated servers in Canada, the Netherlands, Singapore, and France. High ping is typically caused by suboptimal ISP routing to the nearest region, local network congestion, or WiFi interference. If you have a second connection available (phone tethering, a second ISP, or both Ethernet and WiFi), PingAim can route Soulframe through whichever path reaches Digital Extremes' servers faster.
What servers does Soulframe have and where are they located?
Soulframe's dedicated servers are located in Canada/USA East, the Netherlands/France (Europe West), and Singapore (Southeast Asia). These are the same infrastructure regions Digital Extremes uses for Warframe, built on their proprietary Evolution engine. Server selection is automatic based on your location.
Does Soulframe have anti-cheat?
No confirmed anti-cheat system exists in Soulframe's pre-alpha as of April 2026. Digital Extremes uses Easy Anti-Cheat (kernel-level) in Warframe and may add similar protection to Soulframe at full launch. Check back closer to the 1.0 release for updated compatibility information.
What ports does Soulframe use?
Soulframe uses UDP ports 4960 and 4965 for game traffic, and TCP ports 6695-6699 for in-game chat. The game supports UPnP for automatic port configuration — make sure UPnP is enabled on your router. If it is not, forward these ports manually to your PC's local IP address.
Can I play Soulframe right now?
As of April 2026, Soulframe is in a closed pre-alpha called 'Preludes.' Access requires either a weekly lottery invite (2,000 players drawn weekly) or purchasing a Founders bundle from the official website. Full launch is not expected before 2027. The game is free-to-play — the Founders program is optional early access, not a purchase requirement for the final game.
