Check Your Connection to Hearthstone Servers
See how much latency your ISP routing adds
Detecting your location...
Estimates based on real-time measurement to nearest Cloudflare edge. Actual in-game ping may differ by ~15ms due to different routing to game servers. Your IP is sent to ip-api.com for city-level location — we don't store it.
How to check your actual ping in Hearthstone
No in-game ping display in standard Hearthstone Battle.net launcher Help > Run Diagnostics shows connection quality to Blizzard servers. In-game there is no latency overlay.
Hearthstone does not display a ping meter. Connection quality is only visible indirectly through card animation delays or the disconnection/reconnection dialog that appears when the connection drops.
If your actual ping is higher than our estimate, your ISP is routing Hearthstone traffic through a longer path than necessary. That gap is exactly what PingAim optimizes.
Still lagging? Download PingAim and let it fix the route automatically.
