Season 20 introduces new hero Tara Gan the Astrologist, talent system updates, hero adjustments, and new Evolution and Rift Traversal features.

New Heroes

Tara Gan (The Astrologist) (new)

  • Support and buffer who can grant allies a second chance at life while keeping enemies under control
  • F skill lets her protect herself, heal allies, and control enemies in an area
  • Ultimate can cheat death, restoring target to state they were in seconds before

Hero Adjustments

Akos Hu (changed)

  • Increased cooldown of Roar: Blast in Solos to 25 seconds (up from 22)
  • Increased base Rage cost of Feral Frenzy ultimate to 60% (up from 40%)
  • Increased ATK gained from Feral Frenzy ultimate in Trios by 10%

Xunhuan Li (nerfed)

  • Increased cooldown of Petal Walk in Solos to 25 seconds (up from 22)
  • Reduced Divine Intent regeneration in Solos via Resolved, Windstep, and Petal Walk while ultimate active to 10%/5%/15% (down from 15%/7.5%/20%)
  • Reduced damage multiplier of Flying Knives caused by Untouched Leaf when spending Divine Intent to 2.1–4.2 (down from 2.25–4.5)
  • Reduced damage multiplier of Flying Knives caused by Untouched Leaf: Flow when spending Divine Intent to 1.0/0.8/0.8/0.8/1.4 (down from 1.1/0.9/0.9/0.9/1.6)

Kylin Zhang (buffed)

  • Increased non-charge attack multiplier while ultimate is active to 2.0 (up from 1.8)

Shayol Wei (changed)

  • Justiciar’s Guard: Pursuit ultimate now causes successful counters to recover 70% of damage dealt as HP

Zenda Wu (changed)

  • Improved tracking of projectiles fired by Penetrating Arrows (related to Spiritbound Bow and Spiritbound Bow: Duskfall ultimates)

System Updates

Talents System (changed)

  • Spirit branch adding new Silence on Counter nodes
  • Some dodge-related talents moved into every character’s base kit
  • Body tree getting boost to overall survivability
  • Strategy branch minor nodes focus on generating income more quickly
  • Strategy branch medium nodes enhance gear acquisition
  • Reworked Strategy Spender talent makes it easier to convert economic advantages into late-game power

Evolution Mode (changed)

  • Players have chance to activate Omen when entering Evolution mode
  • Added strategic Techniques
  • Increased drop rate of Epic and Legendary Techniques from Caves

Vendettas (new)

  • After elimination or having elixirs stolen, spend resources to initiate vendetta and track opponent’s match
  • Take Vendetta quest during match to pursue nemesis in Innerworld
  • Defeating target rewards Nemesis Token for trophy collection

Photo Booth (new)

  • Capture stunning shots right in-game
  • Fully customize profile card with characters, cosmetics, backgrounds and layout
