Does PingAim work with Valorant?

Yes. PingAim auto-detects VALORANT-Win64-Shipping.exe and routes its traffic through your optimal network interface using a WFP kernel driver. It is fully compatible with Vanguard — PingAim operates at the Windows network stack level through Microsoft's official WFP API and does not inject into the game process or use unsigned drivers.

Why is my ping high in Valorant even with fast internet?

Internet speed (bandwidth) and ping (latency) are completely different. You can have 1 Gbps download speed and still have 80ms ping if your ISP routes packets through 15 hops instead of 5 to reach Riot Direct. Riot built their own backbone (Riot Direct) to optimize the server-side path, but the path from your PC to the nearest Riot PoP depends entirely on your ISP. Tools like traceroute or PingAim can reveal and fix suboptimal ISP routing.

What is a good ping for Valorant?

Below 35ms is optimal — this is Riot's own target for 70% of players. 35-70ms is playable but you will notice peeker's advantage working against you more often. Above 70ms puts you at a significant competitive disadvantage in aim duels. Above 100ms makes high-level ranked play extremely difficult due to delayed hit registration and ability activation.

Can I get banned for using a network optimizer in Valorant?

Network optimizers that do not change your IP address, encrypt traffic, or inject code into the game are safe. ExitLag, one of the largest network optimizers, officially supports Valorant and has never triggered a Vanguard ban. PingAim uses a WFP driver (Microsoft's official network filtering API) and does not modify the game in any way. VPNs that change your IP or region are a different matter — Riot warns against those.

What is peeker's advantage in Valorant and does ping affect it?

Peeker's advantage is the time delay between when a player swinging a corner sees the defender and when the defender sees the peeker. It is caused by network latency and is unavoidable in any online game. In Valorant, it averages 40-70ms and consists of both players' ping plus server processing time. Lower ping reduces your contribution to this delay, giving you faster reactions on both offense and defense.

PingAim detects Valorant automatically

No manual config. PingAim identifies Valorant by process name and routes it through your fastest connection using a kernel-level WFP driver.
