Does PingAim work with Throne and Liberty?

Yes. PingAim uses a WFP kernel driver that operates at the Windows network level — it routes TL.exe traffic through the optimal network interface without touching the game process. This method is fully compatible with Easy Anti-Cheat, which only monitors the game process itself, not the Windows network stack.

Why is my ping high in Throne and Liberty even with fast internet?

Internet speed (bandwidth) and ping (latency) are unrelated. High ping is caused by your ISP routing packets through a long or congested path to Amazon's game servers. A 500 Mbps connection can still have 200ms ping if your ISP routes through multiple countries before reaching the AWS datacenter. PingAim finds a shorter, less congested path.

Why do I rubberband during castle sieges even with 80ms ping?

Castle sieges involve 100+ simultaneous players, which massively increases server processing load. Two things cause rubberbanding: (1) server-side lag from processing hundreds of simultaneous actions — this PingAim cannot fix; (2) your ping spiking briefly from 80ms to 200ms+ due to ISP congestion during peak hours — this PingAim can fix by stabilizing your route to the server.

Is it safe to use ExitLag, LagoFast, or PingAim with Throne and Liberty?

Yes. These tools route your network traffic at the OS level and never inject into or modify the game process. Easy Anti-Cheat monitors the game process for cheats — not your ISP routing. All three tools are widely used with Throne and Liberty without any reported EAC bans.

What is a good ping for Throne and Liberty?

Below 80ms is ideal — combat feels responsive and dodges register reliably. 80-150ms is playable but you will miss some dodge windows and notice input delay. Above 150ms causes consistent rubberbanding, missed skills, and unreliable PvP performance. During server-heavy events (castle sieges), even 100ms feels worse than normal due to server-side processing load.

Which server region should I choose in Throne and Liberty?

As of March 2026, three regions exist: Americas (NA+SA merged), Europe Central, and Asia Pacific Northeast (Tokyo). Choose the region closest to you geographically. Use Resource Monitor (Task Manager → Performance → Open Resource Monitor → Network → TL.exe) to compare actual ping to servers before creating your character — geographic proximity does not always mean best routing.

PingAim detects Throne and Liberty automatically

No manual config. PingAim identifies Throne and Liberty by process name and routes it through your fastest connection using a kernel-level WFP driver.
