iRacing has 4 server regions worldwide.

US East (Boston)
Boston, Massachusetts Very high population Primary/default server farm. iRacing's headquarters are in Bedford, Massachusetts. The Boston farm hosts the majority of official series splits. Used for NA and serves as the fallback for EU/AU splits when Boston average ping beats US West.
US West
US West Coast (Seattle area) Medium population Phased-in farm for splits containing EU and AU/NZ/APAC members. Also used for User-Created Race (UCR) sessions. iRacing selects US East or US West based on average member ping across the split.
Europe (Amsterdam)
Amsterdam, Netherlands High population Primary European farm. Serves EU members in official series. iRacing expanded EU capacity due to growing European userbase.
Asia-Pacific (Sydney)
Sydney, Australia Medium population Serves AU, NZ, and APAC members. iRacing meets Anycast (AU/NZ ISP) at both Sydney and US West Coast (including Seattle/LA) for optimal APAC routing.
Connection: Dedicated servers

All game sessions run on Valve-hosted or publisher-hosted servers. Your connection quality depends entirely on the routing between your ISP and the data center.
