Network Performance Bar appears at top of screen during gameplay. Scoreboard shows your ping when you press Tab.

What you'll see

Network bar shows Latency (your ping in ms), Latency Deviation (jitter), and Packet Loss as colored segments. Green = good, yellow = moderate, red = high. Scoreboard shows your raw ping value next to your name.
